High temperature performance of silica bricks mainly depends on SiO2 content, impurity content, mineral composition and so on. The higher SiO2 content, the higher refractoriness of Silica bricks. Mineral composition of silica bricks are tridymite, cristobalite, residue quartz and glass phase. Silica bricks properties are closed related to SiO2 crystalline phase transformation.
