Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket is manufactured from high-purity alumina and silica fibers through a wet-laid or needled process, producing a lightweight, flexible, and durable blanket. It provides outstanding thermal insulation performance at high temperatures up to 1260°C~1430°C (depending on the grade), low thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock. The material is chemically stable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install, making it ideal for reducing heat loss, improving energy efficiency, and protecting equipment. Ceramic fiber blankets are commonly used in industrial furnaces, kilns, boilers, and other high-temperature applications where effective insulation is critical.
