Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board is manufactured using high-purity alumina and silica fibers, combined with binders and formed under controlled pressure, then cured to produce a rigid, durable board. It provides excellent thermal insulation at high temperatures up to 1260°C~1430°C (depending on grade), low thermal conductivity, and strong resistance to thermal shock. The board is lightweight, easy to cut and shape, and chemically stable, making it ideal for applications where both heat insulation and mechanical support are required. Ceramic fiber boards are widely used in industrial furnaces, kilns, boilers, and high-temperature equipment to reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and protect structural components.
