Magnesia Alumina Spinel Brick

Magnesia Alumina Spinel Brick

Magnesia Alumina Spinel Bricks are high-performance basic refractory bricks made from high-purity magnesia, alumina, and spinel, offering excellent resistance to high-temperature slag corrosion, thermal shock, and mechanical wear.

  Description

Magnesia Alumina Spinel Bricks are produced by combining high-quality magnesia, alumina, and synthetic spinel through pressing and high-temperature firing. The resulting bricks integrate the high refractoriness and slag resistance of magnesia with the thermal stability, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength of alumina and spinel. MgO-Al₂O₃-Spinel bricks are ideal for use in demanding steelmaking and metallurgical environments, including electric arc furnaces (EAF), ladles, converters, and continuous casting tundishes. These bricks offer excellent resistance to basic slags, molten steel, and repeated thermal cycling, ensuring long service life, reduced maintenance, and high operational efficiency.
