Anti-strip High Alumina Bricks Mullite Low Cement CastableHigh-strength alkali proof castable have good corrosion resistance to alkaline gases and molten slag. This material is mainly used for lining of decomposing furnace, preheater system, pipng system and other industrial kilns.
At high temperature, anti-crusting castable will form a silicon dioxide wear-resistant layer on the surface to prevent the penetration of the glass phase in the cement raw meal, thereby playing the role of anti-crusting. This material is mainly used in the areas that are prone to crust such as the feeder slope of the cyclone preheater, the rising flue, and the preheater cone.
The series of low cement refractory castable mainly include high alumina, mullite and corundum castables. This series of products have the characteristics of high strength, erosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and excellent performance. At the same time, the material can be made into a quick-baking explosion-proof castable according to the user’s baking time requirements.
Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable is made by adding heat-resistant stainless steel fibers to the raw material to make castable have higher strength and thermal shock resistance, thereby increasing wear resistance and service life of the castable. The castable is mainly used for high-temperature and wearable parts such as kilneye, feeder, wear-resistant pier and power plant boiler lining.
Wear-resistant refractory castable is made of high-strength refractory raw materials such as special grade alumina, fused corundum and silicon carbide as aggregates and fine powder, while adding fine power. The castable has the characteristics of good volume stability, high strength, good wear resistance, strong thermal shock resistance, grate corrosion resistance, and no cracking, no peeling,etc. The product is mainly used in severe erosion and wear parts of industrial kilns such as pelletized rotary kilns and coal burners.
There are many kinds of refractory bricks used in cement industry: Direct-Bonded Magnesite chrome Bricks, Magnesite chrome Brick, Magnesia spinel Brick, Anti-strip Alumina Brick, Silicon Mullite Brick, Series Alkali Proof Brick.
Direct-bond magnesite chrome brick is a product made from fused magnesite and chrome concentrate sintered from high purity or secondary purity . It is sintered under high temperature and ultra temperature with fewer foreign materials, where the glass phase centered in the triangular space and the crystalline phase bonds directly with the crystalline phase. Featured by low porosity, high compressive strength, strong wear resistance, good erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance capacities as well as anti-strip property,it applies to the calcining zone of dry- process cement rotary kin.
